Subscription Information

• Subscription validity: The subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Subscription options: During the term of your subscription you can create up to the maximum number of digital tags allowed by your subscription plan. (Business 50 : 50 active electronic tags)
• The tags are kept active as long as you keep your respective subscription active. Termination of the subscription means that the tags will no longer appear on the platform.
• You can upgrade your subscription to a higher level commensurate with your needs by keeping the existing tags of the current subscription level active.
• The use of the subscription and the creation of the digital labels concerns exclusively the company that purchased the subscription and its products
• In case of cancellation or termination of the subscription, it is possible to redirect the QR-CODE of your labels at a cost of 3 euros per label.
