Classic white vinification with cold maceration.

WINE TASTING NOTES

Light lemon-green in appearance, with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit (pineapple, passion fruit, pomelo), gooseberry, white-fleshed peach and characteristic vegetation (grass, green pepper).

FOOD PAIRING GUIDE

It ideally accompanies seafood, raw fish, sushi, goat cheese, feta, chevre, fresh summer salads, alpasta, appetizers and starters of the Mediterranean cuisine.

WINE MAKING PROCESS

Pre-fermentative cold maceration, fermentation at around 20 °C in French oak barrels, where it remains for a few months with its lees.

WINE TASTING NOTES

Bright pink color in appearance with aromas and flavors of small red fruits, such as cherry, strawberry, blackberry, soft spicy character and caramel notes.

Aromas and flavors of ripe and jammy red fruits, such as black cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry combined with earthy aromas and notes of sweet spices, vanilla and coffee. The tannins are soft and pleasant, while the finish is persistent.
