In this photo guide, we will guide you on how to register on the platform and how to create your first digital wine labels via QRCode.
Free registration on the platform
From the main page, select the “Free Registration” link to be taken to the registration form and create your first digital wine labels via QRCode.
Then enter your desired username, your e-mail and a password. Please read the “General terms and conditions” for the use of the platform and if you agree, select “By registering, I declare that I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions.". Select "Register" to complete your registration.
Once you have registered, you will be able to log in to the platform using the username and password you have chosen. Select “Sign in” from the main menu.
Enter your username and password to log in. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it via the “Forgot your password?” option.
You have now entered the platform and proceed to create a label by selecting “Create e-label” from the main menu.
Subscription option
Before you start creating your first e-label, it is necessary to choose which program you will use for your subscription.
You have four options:
- The free use of three e-labels
- The Business 25 subscription for the use of 25 e-labels
- The Business 50 subscription for the use of 50 e-labels
- The Business Unlimited subscription for unlimited use of e-labels
You can start for free and then upgrade your plan according to your needs.
Confirm your chosen subscription and continue.
You are ready. You will receive a confirmation message and you can now use your program. Select “Create e-label” from the main menu.
Create an e-label
You have entered the form to create your first label. Start creating your first digital wine labels via QRCode by filling in the first necessary fields:
- The name of the producer/winemaker and
- The commercial name of the wine
You can also upload a photo of your bottle or label here. Select “Next” to proceed.
On the second page you will fill in as much information as you wish about the wine. Whatever information you fill in will appear on the e-label. Select “Next” to proceed to the third page regarding the ingredients and so on.
When you reach the end, on the seventh page, you will select “Submission” in order to publish the electronic label and download the QRCode.
The progress of creating a label is automatically saved in case you decide not to create it now, so you can continue it at another time without losing what you have completed.
Upon publishing the tag, you will automatically be directed to the page with all your tags. The tag you created most recently appears first in the list.
You can search for any label you want based on a word or sort the table according to the date the label was created, the harvest, the brand name, etc.
In the last column you can choose to see how the wine label appears live, edit it again, or delete it. (ATTENTION: Deleting a tag is permanent, you cannot restore it, you will have to create it from scratch again)
Download the QRCODE to your computer and place it on the physical wine label. You can search for detailed and useful information here
