How to create your first digital wine labels

In this photo guide we will guide you how to register on the platform and how to create your first digital wine label via QRCode.

Free registration on the platform

From the main page select the "Sign up for free" link to be taken to the registration form and create your first digital wine label via QRCode.

Then enter your desired username, your e-mail and a password. Please read the "General terms and conditions" for the use of the platform and if you agree, select that "By registering I declare that I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions.". Select "Register" to complete your registration.

With your registration you will be able to enter the platform by using the username and password you have chosen. Select “Sign in” from the main menu

Enter the username and password to enter. In case you have forgotten your password, you can recover it through the option “Forgot your password?”

You have now entered the platform and proceed to create a label by selecting from the main menu “Create e-label”

Subscription option

Before starting with the creation of your first e-label, it is necessary to choose which program you will use for your subscription

You have four options:

Free use of three e-labels
The Business 25 subscription for use of 25 e-labels
The Business 50 subscription for use of 50 e-labels
The Business Unlimited subscription for unlimited use of e-labels

You can start Free and then upgrade your plan according to your needs

Confirm the subscription you selected and continue

You are ready. You will receive a confirmation message and you can now use your program. Select from the main menu “Create e-label”.

Create e-label

You have entered the form to create your first label. Start creating your first digital wine label via QRCode by filling in the first necessary fields:

The name of the producer/winemaker and
The commercial name of the wine

You can also upload a photo of your bottle or label here. Select “Next” to proceed

On the second page you will fill in as much information as you wish about the wine. The information you fill in will appear on the e-label. Select “Next” to proceed to the third page about ingredients and so on.

At the end, on the seventh page, you will select “Submission” in order to publish the electronic label and download the QRCode.

Your label creation progress is automatically saved in case you choose not to create it now, so you can continue it another time without losing what you've completed.

By publishing the label you will automatically be directed to the page with all your labels. The label you created most recently appears first in the row.

You can search for any label you want based on a word or sort the table by tag creation date, vintage, trade name, etc.

In the last column you can choose to see how the wine label is displayed live, edit it again or delete it. (CAUTION: Deleting a tag is permanent, you cannot restore it, you will have to create it from scratch again)

Download the QRCODE to your computer and place it on the physical label of the wine. Detailed and useful information can be searched here
